The Perpetual Scholarship Foundation is a non profit corporation which exists under the umbrella of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc.  The Foundation qualifies as tax exempt under the Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, and must abide by all regulations there-of.

The Perpetual Scholarship is supported by personal contributions from members and friends of the organization, corporations, and bequeaths.
